Do buds grow back after removing them prematurely?

Hello,

I was very desperate.
I cut some buds of my plants off (about 50% (= 1 Spliff)).
They were tiny.
They started develeping around 3 weeks ago.
I cut them off with scissors!!!1
Will they grow back??
I am thinking about taking off more.

if there flowering theve already did there part in growing up. the plants using all its energy to put to the buds that already on the plant not to make new ones GOOD DAY MATE

Yea man pick all the buds off and they will grow back faster!!
