Do add nutes when growing with fox farm?

Hey guys quick question. Do you Still Add nutes when you use organic medium like fox farm ocean farm? im growing in 5 gallon air pots and was thinking about just adding water since i heard they have all the nutes you need.

I've always had to two to three weeks into flowering, else the leaves start to fade.
This is with plants vegged in happy frog, transplanted to ocean forest.

If they are in their final pot and you are getting yellowing, its time to start the feeding schedule
