Nah, always 24/0.

OK- I'm doin 24/0 right now because I didn't have a timer yet and I wasn't sure if I was hurting them by not giving them time to 'rest'. Will you go straight from 24/0 to 12/12 when it's time to flower?

Yeah straight to 12/12, never seen any ill effects from it. I guess you could save some electricity, but i am not sure if they actually benefit from a rest period.

So these girls are looking real happy.


Got Arnie and DannyD both doing some LST now, each had a couple of leads that started to stretch so I tied them down too.

Oops, just realized that I skipped yesterday's update. So now you get side-by side shots from yesterday and today. Shame they weren't from the same angle.

I had to tie down one of my ladies too, she was hogging the light. Looking good! Your baby is growing at a nice clip.

Hell yeah, can't wait to start smelling it.

You can't smell it yet? Low odor strain, huh? Hell, every one of mine has begun to smell around three weeks into veg, to get worse and worse as the weeks went by.

I think the plant is around 3 weeks old now, didn't veg that long. I also have a bunch of Sour D. right next to it so that's probably over powering it right now.

That could be - my own Lemon Skunk seem to have a more mild odor than others I've grown, but it's nice - I think it could pass for an air freshener.

I am sure it doesn't help that i got an ionizer next to the room either.

The babies are doing real good.


I stopped the LST. As a friend advised I don't have the room for it. I still gained a bit of extra growth from it though.

Also, I just bought a 400W Lumatek ballast, 430W HPS bulb and a cheap wing reflector for $210 off ebay.

Glad you think I did good. I wasn't sure about the bulb, but it turns out it's just a rebranded 430W Son Agro, not bad for $30. I was surprised to see the ballast was so cheap, probably cause they're phasing it out for the dimmable one. The reflector is just something to hold me over, eventually I want to get something nicer.
