The purpose of med-pot is to block the pain mainly. If you are terminally ill it is best to use a strain that has a norcotic stone. People who are in pain all day everyday will not get tired smoking these strains. Try THC seeds they have some potent stuff. My X had cancer and I would almost pass out well she was full of energy. What kinda pain are you in
