so i was a watching a video for THC 2010 and i saw advance nutrients was showing off their new stuff.
well this is one of them
http://www.advancednutrients.com/hydroponics/products/ice_flow/ice_flow_testimonials.php
its basically a PC cooling radiator with 6'' or 8'' inlets (139$)
Well back in the day, i used to be a PC water cooling enthusiast. I bought a bunch of rads, pumps, and rezs for this hobby. well after i saw AN's product, i realized it can done REALLY cheaply and in theory it seems really useful.
i am going to try it as soon as i figure out a way to fashion my rad on to my air cooled hood
Things Needed:
*water pump (the same one you use in a DWC, Hydro, etc...) , i have the dtek db1
*radiator (like this: http://www.dangerden.com/store/black-ice_pro-radiator.html)
* a res, i think i am going to use a plastic jug for a res because my PC watercooling res might be too small.
anyone have any tips on attaching this? i can provide pics if needed of the equipment i have near a aircool hood.
