I don't remember because I can't find a picture. But I want to say 11g I think that was it. It was pretty impressive for really just getting into it. I played with some heat, steel plate and vice grips. This was a big step up.

I had a hand press t-shirt style one from long ago before it was a thing with 4x4 plates. Carrying it downstairs I tripped and it twisted and yanked on the heating rod cord. Well I didn't realize it had actually connected the neg and pos and when I plugged it in she made a hell of a buzz pop and sizzle through the pids and then caught on fire lol. So ya that ones done

I'm not entirely sure. It won't let me select Canada. Plus after exchange, shipping to Canada I'm prob looking at close to Amazon price anyways. And if there's an issue shipping back etc. Nightmare. Another reason I haven't ordered the ones from China on Amazon. We all know China made doesn't mean quality control exactly especially on mass produced pid controllers

That’s not to bad. Not sure how far you may be from a shippsy location , but that Is a good deal that would be a simple ship.
I use to to drive to Mississauga but there much closer for my shipping .
270 Canadian with free shipping. Then 7 bucks plus the Canadian taxes. About
313 total to one of there locations.

they charge 7 bucks plus the taxes to bring all my parcels I ship from the states now.
Way cheaper than sending the wife shopping.
they have 3 locationsin Ontario.
you Register account, then they give you a shipping ID.
This id number would go on you packages shipping through Niagara falls ny.

I would assume the 3x5 plate is the perfect fit for the 2x4 plug with only 1/2 inch around the edges?
