Moves enough for vegetable room. If you need more get the 6” or 8” both have plenty of CFM for a grow tent. There is nothing wrong with the brand, your just hating it because its lower price. You’ve never even owned one lol you said it yourself. I have and they work great. Stop acting like an “elitist”. If you want to pay double the price for the same shit then go for it, just seems dumb to me, your money tho.

Also, I own about a dozen fans, all have been better than the last. it's trial and error and years of use to weed out what works and what doesn't.
So.. I'm going to build a similar setup as this. Just picked up 5 12gal HDX totes today. Wanted to get a parts list of stuff I need. I already have the bucket lid net pots, just need to cut the holes in the HDX tote lids. Quick question, where do you guys get the good 2" bulkheads from?

The res would have been better being the 17gal but it's not a huge deal. Allied aqua and premium aquatics has bulkheads galore.

Sweet thanks man. I want to do it a bit different also, I need to keep my res in the tent (temps are not a big deal at all, house is a split level and the tent is in the basement, also have AC duct right above the tent)
I don't have any room on the right side of my tent for the res, and on the left side I wanted to get another 4x4 tent to be my mother/clone/veg tent

Oh you definitely have to have the res outside the tent.you aren't fitting 5 12 gals in a 4x4. Even if you can it's waaaaay tight and the res should go outside... it's pointless to plumb it inside the tent.
Ok well shit, doesn’t matter then, I can move everything over or have it exit the left side of tent and I’ll just have to get a smaller mother/veg tent

Just have your res in FRONT of the tent brother. Makes no difference where it is as long as you can access it.
Wouldn't it be a PITA unzipping the tent with it in the front?
