Did you grew a rock or something? Congrats.

Are you bloody friggin' serious there mate ???

Can you back it up with some pictures perhaps?
I now literally can not wait to get mine ! ! !

Hi guys,
I just received everything I need to start building this project and i need some help :???:.
I allready mounted the cob's to the heatsinks that are attached to the frame.
I got these drivers HLG-185H-C1400A and need to power 4 cob's .So my question is ,how to connect cob's to the driver series or parallel?

Thanks in advance

Series with that driver

@captainmorgan by my measure that is 503g/265W = 1.9 gpw. HPS users usually go by bulb dissipation so if they get 1000G from a 1000W HPS they call that 1 gpw, ignoring ballast losses and cool tube fans etc. So must of us think with the benchmark of 1gpw in our minds and you have almost doubled that using soil and a top shelf variety, very impressive!

Another way to look at it, if someone ran 265W of dissipation like yours, passive cooled on an HLG-185H driver and reached 94% efficiency, their total power draw could be as low as 282 Watts. Gavita ballast is 95% efficient and non cooled hoods so those numbers are directly comparable either way.

Does your lamp have reflectors?
What were the average canopy temps during lights on?
9-10 week finish, is that normal for GG#4?

Yea I'm counting drivers and cooler fans with the fans PSU but like you say,the COBs are drawing 265.
No reflectors, just bare COB on Artic Alpine cooler.
It probably varies from high 70's to low 80's.
GG#4 has a wide harvest window of 8 to 10 weeks,8 week range seems to be it's highest THC and it gets more flavorful the longer you go,I like 9 weeks.
I chopped her in 3 stages, took a little over 3 ozs dry at 8 weeks because I needed some, took the rest of the top half at 9 weeks and it was over 7 ozs dry and the bottom half at 10 weeks.
The bottom half is still drying, there was 2205 grams of wet trimmed bud in total and the first two cuts weight was 25% of it's wet weight, that's how I calculated a rough final amount.
It's pretty funny how bent out shape some people are getting over this grow and claiming I'm making it up. Hell even if I only got my usual 1.4 range it would be close to 16 ozs.

Just removed 1 cob from the circuit and the other 3 cob's lighted up good and really bright.could it be that the hlg-120h- c1400a driver isnt pushing enough for 4 cob's?

Thanks in advance.

Which COBs do you have? That driver has a max output of 151 watts. My CXA3070s draw 53 watts each at 1400 ma.

That's pretty funny,1 oz a plant, that would make the worlds worst yielder. It's actually known as a big yielder by those that know what she likes but I was surprised at just how big.bongsmilie
Me too (I use soil & CXA & was lurking :-P) Well done. Took interest in this stain but couldn't find seeds (did see GG on one seedbank recently but it didn't ship os)

Ongaps, which driver, you say the hlg 185 earlier?
