So considering doing an DIY LED. Looking for some cheap quality diodes, i have no problem buy no name chinese brands as long as someone can vouch for quality.

Stuff like this too good to be true? Thats $90 for 300W (~$15/50W). Plus drivers/heatsink etc but still that seems cheap for the leds, i know they drop by half every year roughly. haitz law
Anyone gotten LEDs from Ebay or somewhere else cheap? Thoughts advice?
Or if anyone has used alibaba before....
