DIY Cooltube?

Does anyone know how to make one of these? I want to know if this has worked for anyone before i go blowing $100 on this thing.

Yea you make then out of bake-a-round tubes, you can find them on ebay for $20. Just search google there are a million DIY cool tube threads.
