Dividing Between Three People

Hows it going everyone? Im not exactly sure if this is the correct place to put this but its the best place I could think of. So Im in a little bit of a situation right now. So I started growing a few months ago, but only started out with two autoflowers. I came up with the idea to grow and did all the hours and hours of research needed. I have two roommates that agreed it would be a good idea so they pitched money but other than a couple of waterings have done nothing with the grow.

A rough estimate of how the expenses break down: Ive paid for 45%, roommate #2 35%, and roommate #3 20%. I made all the purchases myself lights, pots, seeds, etc. I harvested the autos not too long ago and have 3 photoperiod seeds in veg right now. I haven't brought it up yet, but I have no idea how this will be divided. I don't mean to sound greedy, but it only seems fair I get a good amount of the harvest and do whatever I please with it. If this were you all would you weigh everything out now and divide it before too much is smoked? The roommates know Ive done almost 100% of the work, I just don't know how to go about this.

I really should have just paid for everything myself and I wouldn't have to worry about this, but they wanted to be involved somehow I guess. I just ordered some more seeds and paid for them myself, and Im thinking after this grow Ill offer to pay them back what they paid just so I can have all the equipment. Im sure their feelings wouldn't get hurt since they don't know much about growing to begin with.

What do you all think? Anyone with similar experiences?

Double a mans (or womans) money and they will love it... for a short time.

Honestly, your kinda fuct. From the sounds of it your not in a medical state and these 'room mates' of yours could always cross you and put your ass in the jailhouse. If you turn them on now, your only setting yourself up for future failure. People get greedy.

Your not in a good position to piss them off. Take this one on the chin and split the harvest 50% for you
30% 20% to the others respectfully.

Next round dont tell them. But thats not gonna work well cause they will still
know seeing how they are room mates and will probably know your growing any way.

Get your own pad and your problems will not be who to share with.

sorry to say this but you will have to slit it three ways...BUT

...keep the better parts (the buds that grew the best) to yourself...

Those details should have been worked out to start with. How do you not know what they are expecting?

Yup 3 ways keep the better buds and maybe a gram or few extra if use all agree

I agree man, arrangements like that are supposed to worked out in advance. I had a friend spot me cash for 50% of my first harvest. Deal concluded, business finished, both parties are happy.

Thanks for all the replies, I didn't really know anyone else to ask this to. I actually am in a medical state, so Im not really worried about that. And Ive known these guys for quite sometime so I know they wouldn't get upset enough to turn on me. Don't get me wrong they understand what Ive put into the grow, and what they have.

Yea we definitely should have figured that out before. It just didn't happen that way. I don't even think any of us contemplating splitting the actual harvest until right now. When we started getting the money together for the equipment I figured they would do as much research/work as me and never did. And when certain things needed to be bought after the initial expenses, I just had to buy it myself.

these are you friends just sit down smoke a big fat joint and talk to them about it they know what you did vs what they have put in to it they should be happy with there moneys worth of great smoke,don't lie or cheat them KARMA will kick your ass lol,deff address it soon don't make them come to you about it.put your self incharge of the situation and you will come out of this a happy person this is all just my opinion,good luck.

Thanks JEEP1, I definitely wasn't going to lie or cheat them. They already know the yield anyway. Coincidentally I think my seeds should be at our place today or tomorrow haha, so Ill be talking to them about it probably today.
