Hey guy it's bout that time I got to renew...so I went to the website to check if I'm 25 mile rule and was told I was in that 25 mile...I live in anthem...I was just wondering where the dispensarys are

There is one at 59th and Glendale, I believe, so Anthem would def fall there.

Try getting a P.O. Box or changing your license and mail to general delivery and see if that will let you circumvent the 25 mile rule.

I thought you had to have a street address in order to cultivate? 25 Miles stretches out to New River unfortunately. So finding patients north of that is the ticket.(If you live on this side of town)

why is it so hard for people to spell dispensary correctly?

Roughly 20 miles from Organix of Glendale in a straight line (as the crows fly)

After a weekend following crows this is what I discovered...

Crows never fly in a straight line.
Crows need thermals to maintain elevation & usually fly in circles when they do.
Crows never fly on the ground.
Crows get to about 100-200 feet for long distance travel.
A crow that has flown 25 miles likely does not leave a circled area of 4 miles on average.

Is this a valid defense to the "crows fly" rule?

What kind of crows are we talking about here Mr.Humble? For a crow to get from Anthem to Organix would take quite some time and likely many many stops for feeding and watering and mating and what ever birds do. A logical approach would be to calculate the miles it takes to realistically get to a dispensary from your home not some mythical bird that flys in a straight line. Like google maps? Or some other means of a real marker of distance from point A to point B.

No trick - simply submitted my app and they accepted it. I was surprised as hell!

How long ago did u apply....n where did u renew urs at

Better question is where in Anthem. I could see you being on outside of the zone by a mile or two and just got lucky.

Anthem is pretty small everything is only around the corner here

i applied 12/30. my current card doesnt expire till end of month. new expiration is 3/2014. i live on west side of anthem.

Little known fact about crows. Before dusk you will see all them flying in the same direction. They spend a night in a crow tree populated with dozens, maybe hundreds of crows.

The people working the Arizona Medical Marijuana program are people, they make mistakes, probably watch TV while working, they dont care.. Just apply and hope you get lucky with those cultivation rights
