Dismantle 300w MarsHydro

So im wanting to remove the glass on my old style MarsHydro 300w panel.(for more heat)

However I dont feel confident enough to dismantle the unit without instructions.

Anyone, lend me some time to explain?

Pull the screws on the outside. Gently lift the outside case. You will see the aluminum heat sinks, none in the middle. Remove the screws from the corners on the heatsink assembly. 1 in each corner. 4 total. Remove the sink assy. Now cut the clear rtv around the glass with a knife and bend the tabs and remove glass. Tap gently! Bend tabs back as not to short pc board! Reassemble. You may want to put some electrical tape over solder tabs on diode side of sink where wires attach. Make sure to handle the led sink assy with care as the small lenses on the LEDs will come off. I did 4 this way. I know longer use them.
