We're going to need photos and more information (soil, nutrients, water, ph, lighting). The more information you provide, the better your chances of getting a good answer.

Thanks will try and get a picture up later I'm growing in Canna Coco plus mixed with a few clay pebbles and the nutrients are a 2 part a and b also giving them Rhizo, zym, liquid silicon and cal/mg water is just basic tap water that's been left out over night and pH has stayed around 5.7 to 5.9 I recently just changed from a t5 to a mh that's turned down to 250w

I'm gonna sound like a broken record .. I don't get all the extra fancy stuff everyone, ESPECIALLY new farmers, use.
Watering, how much and how often are so #1 important w/indoor grows & dudes it's just a plant Great Soil that is Properly Amended is going to give U great results as for water quality and environment well that's regionally specific.
The pic with all the plants together if you could take one out of there and have a daylight or outside pic I'm sure you can get a more specific answer to the "marks" on the leaves - the neon hue that pic seems to have would alarm me.

I think the pictures of just the leaves are more accurate than the one with them all together I blocked some of the light coming of the mh light when i took the ones just of the leaves and I've just been watering when it's basically dried out

Well I'm big on regular old farming methods and I have never relied on the median U use.
Also I am not a fan of Vegging under High Power lamps I flower HPS and Veg T5 / T8.
So my opinion is going to blow up your set up which BTW is bomb and don't get me wrong HID and those that have great results I give all the cred too. I suspect watering when that lamp is on could heat leaf tips ( like I said plants that young I don't think need HID ) but definitely for sure I think your either locking out mineral intake or have it wrong ... Me good old soil works and I amend it like a professional farmer. Look I learned hard lessons farming inside as well but this I know 100% for sure I get my dirt happy and the plant is happy I really don't feed the plants I let the soil do that.

I've only just put them under the mh and I've put the Ballast to 250w they was under a t5 will just change what I'm feeding and just start with the a and b and move on from there
