Discolored new growth

Greetings and salutations. Been running into an issue and can't seem to get it right. The new growth on most my plants in veg is thin and much lighter. Plants don't seem as happy as I believe they should be. At first I thought it might have been PH but water was good. I planted them from seed in BAS Light Recipe around March 1. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Peace

totally normal for new growth
healthy plants
I would agree the majority look perfectly normal. But there is two pictures where there is what I would consider start of concern. Pictures 5 and 6 do have some lightening.
@FamMan
Perhaps a bit of iron added periodically that would be my first guess. Something even like thrive alives green bottle. safe for organic grows. Then of course top dressing with quality castings would be my first step. 1/2 inch. Layer it on there...

With organics you have to watch these little things. I say good eye spotting something slightly abnormal but most would let it go.

Thanx for the replies. Something is def wrong. I believe it doesn't really come through the pics. New growth is thin and discolored(much lighter green). Overall growth seems little stunted and stems arent as strong as they should be. I top dressed with local high quality castings last week and have been foliar feeding agsil 16(not my first choice). Compost tea for them last week as well.
The thrive alive seems to be mostly kelp correct?
I took some pics under different lighting with 2 plants. One seems to be doing ok with the same green all over, new growth growing straight up and new growth isn't thin like some of the others. The other one is discolored and seems to be growing flat or horizontal not vertically(if that makes sense).
Thanx again for the help.

Update. Gave em a better tea and I they are doing much better. Something was def wrong still not sure what it was/is. Hopefully the soil will figure it out as it usually does. Appreciate the help.
They look perfect.

What tea were you giving them, and what tea are you giving them now?

Almost always best to simply top dress with compost instead of brewing teas out of it.

Making teas with any sort of organic amendments (guanos, alfalfa, Dr Earth blends, etc) instead of purely compost is asking for a bad time; they can and will cause issues.

Unfortunately the problem is still here. I have had many plants with optimal health and these ladies are not that. Something def is wrong. Both teas were made with BAS BuildaFlower top dressing. Thought the issue might be PH off so assumed teas might dial that in. But no more til flower.

Tops where there is new growth is discolored, stunted, thin, leaves look kind beat up and/or growing twisted. I just went and looked and it seems only one plant isn't doing it and she will be my first pics right now.

I feel like at the point my best bet is to water-only until I figure it out. I'm trying to consider all possibilities but not sure what I could be doing wrong. They are in a spare bathroom with poor ventilation so I leave the door cracked. Temps stay within range and humidity stays 50-65%. I give them 2-3 days between watering and they are on 18/6. Light is 8 bulb T5.

First pics are of the one that looks healthy:IMG_20210410_060600.jpgIMG_20210410_060556.jpg

That white on the fan leaf in the last photo could be mold or pigeon poop. If it's poop, don't smoke it! lol

Are you growing in a spare bathroom?

Other than the white on that leaf in the last pic, the darker greenish blue fan leaves might show a little rich on the N , but that is normal for younger plants and looks like you should be up potting soon.
