Discoloration in first two leafs helppp?????????????????? a nitrogen problem maybe?

Plant seems a little young to be a nitrogen def. what kind if lights are you using?

really just over watering thats great! thought it was a worse problem thank you!! and im using three 32 watt 2 cfl's 65k and a 35k one and a circular tube one il post a picture of it soon,

You do have drainage holes in that container don't you?

yes i recently transplanted it by just placing the cup into another container and i made plenty drainage holes and some holes in the side to help get air to the roots, i also started to lst my plant. pics coming soon to a theater near you lol
