Ok.. i spoke in depth with the hydro shop guys about if 2 600 watters would cover a 5x6ft garden and the answer was "absolutely" so maybe i dont need the light movers after all.
my next question was ventilation, i said if i had a 600cfm exhaust on a cycle timer (1 min on 5 min off) with a passive intake duct to fesh air would i need to cool my hoods? he said no.
at least not until summer...well i guess i now have a plan and can move forward.

i'd be warry of using the same cycle timer for the pumps and the fan, but it makes sense to run the fans like that insteed of on the whole time, i'm going to look into that for my setup, which btw i finished the veg today, but my phone died so i couldnt take pics , i will tomarrow tho

Hey offgrid,, are you thinking the fan would maybe pull too much power and flip a breaker?

heres the fresh cut clones..

or make your timer go bad sooner, i just had to replace a cap nft 1e (1on 4off automatic) because i belive i had to many pumps plugged into it, and I know that fan would pull more than the pumps, plus the constant on/off on the fan and the timer would wear it out im sure...but if you got the better cap timer it may be ok, you should check the specs on it to be sure

Make sure you get the 600 HPS with the extra blue.

You should also see if you can listen to the fan running. You may consider running 2 fans through a dimmer. This would provide max ventilation with minimal noise. Hang the fans from bungies (high in the room to suck heat) to reduce vibration transfer.

Good growin'

do fans torque out if they are not screwed into a solid anchor? cause more wear on the fan hanging on bungies?
