Not sure if this will help but I keep mine 91cm away before the sprout, then a few days after they go 60cm away from a 600 watt MH. Haven't had any issues, but to be sure hold your hand just above the seedlings. Can u leave your hand there comfortably? If yes you should be good
you may even want to get the light closer

they will take all the light you give, but just beware of your temps,
leave a gauge down there to ensure you don't cook them,

Cheers pal! I had seen that chart... So my light is a little far away. I was a bit unsure about lowering it further as they are so young. I can lower it quite a bit and still keep the temps low 20 c.. Ov got an intake coming from outside and its cold out! Lol.

I want to nail this grow..
In time you will see much of this growing thing is...
but early... new.... uneducated... anxiety
and is solved easily by doing the same shit every grow, and you getting less anxious each time
thats why its vital (very important) to get it right the first or almost the first each time
I've been doing 3-4 grows every year since 1974, and yeah its boring but like brushing your teeth,
you do it but no longer ask WHY...?
But that don't stop me from learning ....lol
I just now swapped my T8 4 foot flouros to LED tubes on my germing rack ....
and I'm absolutely 'chuffed'

Its 16 days sinse I got my seeds wet and started germination. They have seemed a little slow... Maybe I just cant remember how the last ones went lol. I think they are all looking pretty healthy! They are starting to get moving now! The 3 amnesia are on the 3rd node... Well its starting to develops.. Also can see the beginning of side branches forming.. Only tiny but starting to form. The 3 amnesia are all about the same stage, the think different is still the runt by quite a long way. I'll upload pics shortly for you guys... Let me know what u think!
