That light only draws 132W. If your tent is 1.5' x 1.5' then you want it @ 100%. If it's bigger than that, then you need a more powerful light.

2.5 x 2.5 is 5 sqft. For that type of light you are going to want 250W, so you would need two of them in there. Even with two of them, you could get away with having them at 100% if that are raised high enough. Otherwise you can dim them and put them closer to the seedlings.

If I were growing in a 2.5 x 2.5 then I would just do one plant and veg it a little longer so I could train it to grow short and wide so it fills the tent. You can do more, and have a shorter veg time, but it's more work. My first grow was 4 plants in a 32" x 32" (which is basically the same size) and humidity was a bitch to control with all those plants in there. You can definitely do 2-4 plants in there, though, it just gets tight.

BTW, this is the light I used in mine and it was more than enough for a 32" x 32" x 63" tent.
