Exactly. That's why I said 150mg a page back. The average alkaloid content of Mimosa Hostilis is .6%. Although depending on the root barks quality it can be 1% and more.

Break extractions down to 250g at max, and only expect to get around 1.5g.

What size batches would you suggest for a first timer ANC? 25 or 50g of bark maybe?
