Long story short, be careful- no drug ever made me feel as good as any opiate could-and no drug/substance has ever taken away so much. There is always a yin and yang.
Oh, and if you have no tolerance-plan on being constipated for the next couple days to a week. They REALLY bind you up, lol.

Since when are hydromorphone and methadone antagonists?
Done is a long acting full agonist that is rather lacking in euphoria that keeps you right. More sleepy than anything if you don't have a tolerance.
Hydromophone (Dilaudid) is a short acting full agonist that's about 2x as potent as heroin by weight. Not really worth it by ROAs other than injection.

damn, only 2x's more potent then dope ehh mre? that's a bit shocking to me, not that i doubt you, i just would have thought it was a bit more potent..
out of all of the opiates, which is the strongest? i'm going to take a stab at it and say fentanyl, but like i said, purely a guess on my part...

I think fentanyl is the strongest I've ever seen given, that stuff is crazy good stuff... We knocked a kid out for an hour the other day to fix his arm...

I just went back and read the rest of post since my last post, and was impressed with the info....one thing that surprised me though....was no mention of IMO the strongest pharma painkiller on the market, and also the most dangerous. I have done them all.....and without a doubt, the strongest, most dangerous, most addictive, etc... are.......Fentanyl Patches. Best Advice was already given....Steer Clear of Opiates! GL

A Fentanyl patch is the strongest thing I have ever experienced.. Jesus.. I had to take the thing off before it even reached a peak.. I don't think taking it off even did much good.
I was a god damn puddle after the patch.

I have tried Methadone both with and without a tolerance.
Without a tolerance, I thought methadone was fucking fantastic. Just so long lasting.. Without much of a tolerance I loved it at the 5-10 mg dose.
10 mg was a bit over whelming. 7.5 mg was pretty good, pretty fucking intense. 5 mg was about perfect.
Then, years later. I was prescribed methadone. I went up to 45 mg.. shit made me tired every day about 3-4 hrs after taking it.But it never got me "high".. coming off of H.. it was just barely making me well at first.. after some weeks off H, It did the job quite well.. After one month off H and on 45mg of methadone.. I would say I felt "normal".
Most people get on higher doses than this.. I tried my hardest to keep my dose low, with a goal of getting off 2 yrs from getting on. I also spent the months BEFORE getting on 'done trying to cold turkey.. brought my tolerance way down..
Then I went down to 35 mg a day over a few weeks.. Perfect.. I do not feel any sort of "high" or tired feeling, at all.. only "well". perfect..
Slippery slope.. be careful.. getting dependent is dangerous and harmful to not just yourself, but you friends, family and loved ones.
Some things that you do can never be undone.. by all means, experiment. Get the best of the substance, don't let it get the best of you..
easier said than done when talking about opiates..

Low. Based on my own experience and what I've learned talking to others I'd guess around 10mg of actual heroin in a normal bag. A really good bag might have 20-25mg and the whoops that was raw that didn't mix with the rest of the batch when we stomped it bag will be around 40-50mg.
The fent patches have more opioid than any other pharmaceutical by a wide margin. But there's a lot of far more potent opioids out there. Many of which are analogues of fent.

one can measure analgesic properties by comparing different substances to the baseline morphine, but that is not necessarily a comparison of euphoric effects.
in my experience, methadone is maybe twice the potency of morphine but not nearly as euphoric.
fentynal is terribly potent, killing a goodly percentage of recreational users but it just isn't much fun, it offers a strange delirium, a serious nod, and a distraction but not much else
what it does do is fuck up your tolerance for everything else. If you love your hydtos or oxys or poppies, don't do more than sample fent.
half a dozen days on a portion of a patch destroyed my ability to enjoy 15 mg hydro for many months.
I find that dilaudid (hydromorphone) can be snorted providing a very clean, uplifting, lucid experience for 3 or 4 hours

Lol your not going to scare me, I'm on 120mgs mdone,40mgs dilaudid, 180mgs of roxi, and 6mgs of xanax is what I get scripted per day. I exchange the roxis for dilaudid and vs verse every other day.

Fent is strong but you can order a bunch of fent anologues that are much more potent. All you need is 1mg for a very tolerante person. Which obviously if you don't have a massive tolerance you will die if you mess with fent anologues.
Many say dilaudid IV is the best rush even better than dope.
Also the comment about 10mg per bag of dope is mostly correct unless you live in Ny, nj. My buddy got his tested and it was 76% pure and it was a 100mg bag(normal glassine bag) so there was 75mgs in that bag of pure heroin. This is highly unusual but in ny, NJ dope is the #1 drug and some are extremely potent like my buddies. $5 for 75mgs of heroin is ungodly cheap which is why it's such an epidemic.
