digital ELECTRIC METER and light CYCLES

Hello,

people all over are converting to digital power meters. I am worried this will happen in my area soon.

Is it not true that electricity spikes can be easily detected with these meters as opposed to the analog?

What is the best option for me being a SOG grower. I have heard of power switchers, and having two opposing 12/12 cycles to even the power..if that makes sense.

What do you guys think is the best option as this new technology becomes a reality.

Old thread I know But has anyone heard of people getting busted this way. my house just got one of these new meter's but my neighbors didn't > the letter I got 3 day prior said in the next few months are area will getting these new meters then after installing it they just left so seems like were the only one who actually got one.
