Say your pH in the pot is 6. You water with a different pH and it comes out wrong still. Now what?

You end up flushing ;)

Checking ppm in and out is something you can adjust fairly easily, but checking the pH out is basically a "good or bad" check.
If bad, flush is the answer.

So by checking ph of runoff , it will tell me if my ph was out of whack and cause the P def?

Im pretty sure i know what caused the ph fuckery too....i ran out of ph test solution and had to start using a different product, im willing to be i messed up when adjusting her ph.

With her only being watered 2 days ago, should i expect to see overwatering symptoms if i flush her now? We can't control rain - people grow outdoors, soooo no. "over-watering" once in a while or flushing when needed isn't the same as the bored guy that waters every other day.

also after flushing will i then need to feed her nutes so she has something to eat? Yes, but not as much water obviously. I let the flush drain for a few hours, then go back with a 75% or better feed, but about half the usual quantity.

Also also , what about the pk boost? that video looks an awful lot like my leaves Not sure, but if you use good nutes, it has P&K in there. I think that feeding light (like 50%) can create it's own deficiencies, especially in flower.

How much water to flush 5g pot?

ive seen 3x pot size, that sound right?

and should that water be ph`d?

Day 34 since flip

Fp1 and fp2 look great
FP3 is showing signs of something, I just don't know what. Will have to flush the plant I would imagine, give her some relief.

Atomic is stacking up nice, all those tight nodes are really packing and stacking now. She stinks the best lol
What do you think is wrong with these plants that you need to flush them?

What's wrong with these plants that you want to flush them?

just the 1 plant is showing issues

the other 3 are fine

i dont want to flush anything, i just want to fix the issue if possible, without flushing preferably lol

The video that starecase shared suggested my ph was high and i was lacking PK. If correct, that i have phosphorous def.

The leaves on one of the fruit punch are looking like this.

The other fruit punch are both fine and the atomic is fine.

Maybe its too late in the game to matter now with a month or so left of flower? if theres something i can do to correct it and learn for next time, ill def do that tho lol

Which plant had the issue? You've got to get your pH squared away, I would recommend a meter or strips, liquid is the least accurate in my opinion also start adding Dolomite lime it will help buffer any pH issues.

Flushing isn't the worst thing in the world but I don't do it unless I absolutely know why I'm doing it. They say 3x the volume but I've never use that much?

My PH hasnt been an issue the entire grow, i think i know what happened to this girl.

I ran out of the solution i was using for ph testing. Had to open a new kit, different brand, i think i may have set the ph higher than normal using the different product.

Thats the only thing i can think of. Otherwise, all the other plants would also be looking similar wouldnt they?

I just bought another new meter, need to calibrate it, be good to go again.

Okay I see that leaf I am guessing the plants got a lot of that going on and not just a few leaves..

So instead of flushing sometimes what I do when I want to make a change is Allah just what I want to change it to and your case you want to add correct newts I wouldn't go crazy with high phosphorus I would get my notes correct and I might give it twice the normal amount I feed it example if I fed it one quart I might feed it to courts and where you said you just wanted it I would let it dry normally before I did anything whether you flush it with 3x or just a little extra volume like I suggested above

Not saying my way is right but it's a lot gentler than a full flush and it gets the job done for me at least, just my opinion

What would you do if in my situation @Beachwalker

the plant is still packing on bud and overall looks fine, except for the half doen leaves that are affected so far.

The other 3 in the tent all look fine, we have about 3-4-5 weeks to go. What would you do?

No I've seen clones from the same mother do different things, usually as a general rule yes they react similar but they don't necessarily all react the same

Recently I had two black dogs treated exactly the same fed exactly the same thing, and in 48 hours one of them lost half its leaves, they turnef yellow and died

I flushed and it came back bigger and stronger than the other one but still to this day have no idea what went wrong with that plant

^ If just a handful of leaves are affected and the plant was generally healthy and doing well as you've described I would do as I recommended above and adjust it slowly over several waterings

Looking good man, do you plan on using a ripening formula? Since your using General hydroponics like me look into Dry Koolbloom. You only need a small amount.
