Difference between HEMP and 20:1 CBD THC Cannabis?

It seems to me there might be a difference, but I'm not sure,, Does anyone know?

For instance, in the arena of smokeable, High CBD + almost no THC buds available at CBD stores I see strains such as:
Sour Space Candy, lifter, and CBD Bubba Kush.. All are available online and in CBD stores.

Are these hemp or cannabis or a cross?

I know that Charlottes Web, Harlequin, ACDC have been around for a while. I consider these to be Cannabis that has been bred to contain little THC..

Hi. Im looking for same answers as you. I want to start legally growing high cbd hemp/weed in Europe and there is THC limit 0,2% or 0,3%thc in flower. You can buy lot of flowers online declarared there is no more THC than legal limit (0,3%), but if you want to buy seeds of these strains they should have 0,5% and more. I just started a thread yesterday about this question and probably it is done due to earlier harvest so THC dont have time to fully develop. By eyes of law in European Union if THC is under limit 0,2/0,3% you called it HEMP, but if thc exceeds limit it is MARIHUANA.

Yes, still lots of questions to be answered. Traditionally people told me that hemp, otherwise known as "ditch weed", would have very small buds and would only serve to give you a headache. The bud I tore into the other day was pretty awesome. I say pretty awesome because it wasn't exactly like weed and certainly not like traditional hemp.

Growing from seed will be tough.. You would have to pop 20 to 10000 seeds, toss out the males, grow the remaining to maturity and then test Cannabanoid levels.. then make clones of the best plants.. The testing is the expensive part. Some of the plants in the bunch would be as high as 7% THC.

Alternatively, buy clones from a reputable source. I can't exactly locate a source at this time.

I have a huggge jar of THC buds in my cabinet. I'm just sitting here wishing it was CBD buds
