dieselryder stealth grow, first timer, the usual lol

i know you guys get these questions all the time, please humour me, im gonna have 9.4 cubic feet of growspace my first question is how much light do i need? can i fit a hid in there or too much heat? id like to have it set up with one hps and one mps, cfls are prolly my best bet though right?

40w/ft^2 for good lighting

was also wondering, if there would be a way, for me to grow one diselryder, with one cfl bulb?
