Training can stress them a bit and make for some weird growth but usually doesn't cause herms. Don't see any either. If your plants gonna herm out it happens later in flower. Is this plant grown from a feminized seed?

Yes she’s from a fem seed.

Totally newbie question but with topping and super cropping is it normally to get uneven growth like this and did she herm?
As you practice your supercropping you'll get better at shaping the plants. It doesn't stress them long enough or hard enough to cause hermies.

Doesn't mean she'll make boy flowers it's just that femmes are more prone to do so. Keep pinching and bending in between the nodes of the topmost colas to try and even the canopy. You can still LST for a few more weeks. This won't make them herm; keep your temps down and the dark cycle uninterrupted and they should be fine. Watch for male flowers...look sorta like bananas...once the buds fill in.
