Did my plant just went hermie? plz say no

So, this plant is in the end of 3 rd week flowering ive just noticed weird things appearing in the branches, i can't really say if they are balls, most of them have a brown pistil coming out from that strange things, did she go hermie? It is my first grow, im pretty sure she was a female, i also have another plant which is in week 4 of vegging but no balls yet.
Can someone help me pls? I was so excited, no weed in the summer i guess :neutral::neutral:

It does look like it, pics make it a bit hard to tell.

Pick them off best you can. You can still run it and smoke it.

Its an easy bud from royal queen seeds, i dont think ive done anything wrong, i recently changed from a roleadro 300w ufo led to a hlg 135w qb, could this be the problem?

You are saying to pick off the male parts before it pollinated? Would the buds then be like a regular female?

Pics not quite clear enough but pluck suspicious flowers and observe very closely. Never too proud to cull.

UPDATE: I decided to let the plant grow. About 8 hours have passed and still no new balls :D do you guys know how many time do pollen sacs take to grow? I also read that pollen sacs are often confunded with swollen calyx, maybe it's just the case.
