did i screw up????

:wall:ok so i harvested today and i chopped the plant and trimmed everything off. leaves, buds, the whole shabang. i even trimmed the smaller leaves off the buds. now everything i read they say to hang the entire plant upside down and let it dry. what should i do with my jar of buds??? help me end up with some good smoke. thanks

No many people including myself trim everything off the buds and then hang to dry for a couple days and then they go into my glass jars and get cured in there for about 1 or 2 months.

You lay them out on newspaper or on a screen like window screen or something when you have stuff too small to hang. It will dry out faster, you should keep a close eye on them and maybe spend a couple days less of drying time.l

still tokin, i have them in a mason jar now with the lid off. should i put them on a screen for a few days and then put it in the jar? you can pm me if you'd like with a step by step if you have it or feel free to post in here to help someone else in my predicament. thanks

No sweat.. do a paper dry.. get a box, suitcase.. put newspaper...weed... another paper.... flip paper everyday and move weed around to air out.. after a couple of days replace paper..and continue.. I usually dry this way because it also compresses airy buds... all good... I passed this on to someone last year and they loved it.......

Or in a paper bag and close the end of the bag...

i dont think i would use newspaper, i would think those sticky trichs would pull the ink off the paper. look at what silly putty does to a newspaper. lol
i use a brown paper bag
