Did i mess up

I was cleaning my grow room with some Clorox in water. None of this water touched my plant. But about 4 days later the leaves are beginning to yellow and no new grow have I hurt my plant just from the evaporation of the Clorox in the air? I have very good air flow. It's a closet grow oom is about 5x5

This is blue-sky thinking on my part. Did you notice any chloramine smell when you used the bleach? If you had anything with ammonia in it, like nutrient, you might have generated chloramine, just enough to get those lesions. The plant should recover quickly.
So you think itll be ok

I'm really new and didnt know not to use miracle gro soil it's also mixed with some perlite and top soil
Nothing wrong with Miracle Gro. I would add some dolomite lime for Ca and Mg.
Disclaimer: I am not currently growing. If I am saying something incorrect, I hope a seasoned grower will weigh in.

Unless you are growing in the ground, very few soils can carry plants for 6 months on it's own. Usually amendment is required 3-5 weeks after transplant....environmental conditions /size of plant/health may sway this one way or the other somewhat.

Watch your plants' vigor of growth, color, it will tell you when she is hungry. Start very low with your feeds when you do start. Less is more.

Nothing wrong with the miracle grow without the extended feed but I can't recall any good flowering experiences shown on RIU with the 6 month time release. I think it works for house plants or shrubs where veg nutes are in constant demand, I haven't tried it but for flowering MJ I haven't heard of anyone having good results with it.
