Did I LST her correctly?

Here she was when she 5 weeks old (She was grown with just a 42w cfl, she was clearly not getting sufficient lighting. I feel bad) I got a 150w HPS light that day.

Here she was two weeks ago, which was her first week of flowering. Which was also only a week and a half after that first picture.

She really must have loved that HPS light, she probably grew about 5x in size, no joke.

My questions are:
1. Did I LST properly? I wish I had a pic of her now, she and her sister (I forgot how much the one in the picture had, I only know how many they have between the two) have 15 huge side branches that all have a cola.
2. Were here branches stretched? A few of the branches are about 20-22 inches, with pretty much all other branches over a foot. She's a Juicy Fruit plant, which I've heard are tall, lanky plants.

Hope someone can tell me if I did anything right, or what I did wrong. Or just any tips that could have helped mine out.

the nodes are too far apart (the plant has stretched out too much). This is not a good thing when it comes time to bud. You want to keep the light as close as possible to the plant when growing, so that the nodes are spaced close together. This will promote tighter buds when you switch to flowering. When your plants are stretched like this, it is harder for the plant to fill in with bud mass... The plant looks healthy though.

I see exactly what you mean. I know what caused this too. The HPS manual said to keep plants a foot away, when they are supposed to be 6" away. I knew I should have googled it.

See, I thought it was either the strain is just super lanky, or it's stretched. But looking at the node spacing difference between the main stem, and the branches shows that it was just stretched.

May I ask why stretching makes it harder to fill in bud mass? I would imagine that it would lead it being exposed to more light, thus leading to bigger buds. I'm not doubting you, and I guarantee you're right. I'm just curious as to why.
