Hey guys i think i just killed my seeds i germenated them for 2 days and waited for the seeds to be about 1 inch long then planted them and today like 2 hours ago for some retarded reason i decided to pop of the shell since it looked like it was going to do it anyway have i killed them ?

you got a 50/50 chance it was above soil right and how much of the shell was covering the seedling

I do it all the time, if you did not tear the top leaves you will be fine, do you have a scope, go check it out.

thanks alot chris :D btw one of them was not sprouted past the soil but i did not tear non of the little green leaves inside will this be fine?

I did that, not knowing any better, and all 3 of mine came up fine.

ive germinated seeds in the paper till the where 2 inchs out of the shell and they still grew and had no problems

would love a lil but more help guys still paranoid since i am first time grower i have also turned off the lights to stop any damage i will be turning them back on in about 5 hours time:P

leave the lights on and just stop worrying about it, plants are strong and they want to survive. they will grow towards the light if you havent wrecked them

Update they have not got the 2 main leaves above the soil and now have started to turn green :D does this mean they are ok?
