did anybody take seeds from plant

did anybody take seeds form plant i mean from internet seeds cuz i heard something in some internet sites they doing something in plant and they are changin its genetic and if you have got male plant and all is ready for seeds but you cant take seeds its true can anybody answer for internet seeds?

im talking about did internet sites(nirvana,amsterdam...etc) doing something with seeds genetic. cuz i heard something about them and they are doing something with genetic and when you grow you cant take a seeds from marijuana
