Diagnose my plant?

Okay where to start, well i am a big time NEWB! I got a clone in rockwool for free from a friend that has a buddy that works at a medical shop. It is now about 7/8 days and when i first got it i did not know exactly what to do so i bought a pot and a bag of miracle grow seed/cutting starter and planted it i have been watering it and spraying it with distelled water i know it has started to root now but i think i am over watering it and that the soil might be too much, it droops and 1 leaf is dry the other is half dry but their are still some leaves barely sprouting looking healty. It gets about 10-12 hours of sun per day at around 70 degrees. Can someone guide me in what to do next to have my Bubba Kush x SweetTooth plant survive? I know i have done many errors i am just looking for advice on what to do, how much should i water it a day? or any other tips PLEASE DONT BASH I AM A NEWB

fuck up #1, you put hydro plants in soil. fuck up #2 Way too much water, water it like every three days or untill you know the thing is dry for sure. fuck up #3, you used miracle grow, even though it works plans are very sensitive when they were set up for hydro and are put in soil. Some plants like hydro lettus will never survive the transfer but cannabis is a strong plant. if you have any questions ask away and if i think of any thing else if i sober up today ill post it right away

Thanks bud, well now that they are in the soil do my plants have a chance of living either way? ill slow the watering down by alot, but should i still spray the leaves every so often?

I'd just let em go thats prolly whats burning the leaves!

Yeah, leave that thing alone for a bit, do not spray with distilled water, you need to stimulate root growth by letting the top 1/3 of the pot dry out a bit, don't be worried, there's still plenty of moisture underneath and the roots know that, strangly enough distilled water can be harmful if the plant is not used to it, don't tamper too much with her an you'll be OK, I know you want to baby it but you're overdoing it...

yea you are probably right! ill leave it alone for a good 2-3 days then repost a pic thanks alot mang!

yea, deff just alot of stress with your plant. let her dry out a lil bit cut back on the nutes expecially miricle grow and she should make a quick recovery, shes just a lil root bound. peace.
