Determining the Sex

Hey hows it goin, Im pretty new but I just had a quick question. If I switch my lighting from 18/6 to 12/12 specifically just to show the sex of the plant, am I able to switch it back to 18/6 to continue veging?

it will stress your plant out but u can do it

you can also take a plastic bag make it light proof and place it over a part of the plant so that part only gets 12 hours, but you have to do it manually
