doin a little grow with a few plants in MG soil on day 5 from tranplant clones tooken Aug 27"th on 5000 watts from a 3" clone there approx 12" tall i will update soon as camara batterys are charged got a few goin slow but most are growing crazy feedings are 1000 ppm already )

To be honest 600 watt vs per lumen is very impressive but i swear 1000 watters fckin make it happen most issues are heat related
i was given a 400 watter for free it was like watching paint dry thats how slow growth was etc etc
now its on my shelf worthless to me in reality i seen 600 watt grows and was very impressed but to me its speed
and i can honestly swear that a friend of mine swears on 600's and he grew same time as me i was on second grow when he was finishing his first he is still useing 600's but has implemented 1000 watters
i think its all about speed for instance look at these pics last years grow total watts in grow room 14,000 watts 3 - 4 " clones and in 2 weeks in flower @ 16 - 18 " in height every feeding food was given final height was 56 to 60 inches in height was amazing and fast

I like the 600's personally with a big hood. I like the spliters use the 1,000 watt ballast and run two bulbs. I got this really gud strain. all my plants stay right under 3 feet and produce 2 to 3 zips a plant with 9 plants under each light. I like your grow. are you in flood and drain?

I really want to try a flood and drain but drain to waste instead of recycling the water. it would just cost a grip for nutrients

MSS do you feel the cross lighting of the 2 hoods improve the yield also? and do you think 2 600wt bulbs are efficient with the 1k ballast. ive always heard it fucks up the bulb. not that it really maters really just wondering. i just busted out 2 600s in a 4x4 n looking to see the results for myself. ill post a pic so you can see the set up.

nice tent you got there. yeah I think two 600s over one 4x4 table is the way to go. I run a bunch of 1ks but if i could start over I would get a extra hood for each light and a spliter for each ballast and run two 600's on each table. that would be kinda like running a light mover but a little better in my oppinion
