im no expert, as this was my 1st, well 2nd go at making the e-cig vape juice.
I used a 3:1 ratio of PEG 400 usp (food/medical grade). I weight out my PEG, not by volume.
1.5g of BHO (pineapple chunk mixed with laughing buddah)
4.5g of PEG
1 shot glass (thick glass type, NOT frosted)
1 pan
1 metal or glass bowl to make a TRIPLE BOILER setup.
place pan with water on stove, place metal bowl or glass bowl on top of pan for a double boiler. the bowl should kinda float in the sauce pan. now put water into the top bowl and place shot glass with 4.5g of PEG so it will go about 1/4 way up the shot glass. heat to 140*.
put 1.5g of BHO into PEg solution in shot glass and stir. raise the heat to about 160* and continue stirring until ALL the BHO is dissolved. let cook at 150/160* for 45 mins.
the yield was a tad over 5ml after its done cooking according to the marks on my shot glass.
when the mixture has cooled down a bit, I now add my flavoring (optional). I do 1 drop per 5ml of juice. the flavoring will take time to fully absorb. so if you make large batches and you added flavoring and you think its weak, be cautious on adding more flavoring. it will creep up on you and become stronger over time, and you probably wont like it. I like to let sit for a week before adding any more flavoring or using the juice.
I added cotton candy to mine and I love it. I took 3 good rips off the vape pen and it works, tastes, and hits nicely.
