You seem to think hc is going to come inspect your meds when its the cops who will be deciding how to proceed. It's totaly up to them if you walk away with your meds, without your med, get hauls to jail or if they are having a really bad day they can shoot you. A friend of a friend uses them exclusively and the tax is factored into the prices at all 8+ CCs he uses. At 15-20 a g they better inc. the taxes! Same with the 'little' CCs. Not sure if that's any help.
