I'm a sucker for a friend request though. I've never asked anybody to join me, but these bastards sought me out.
I kind of disappeared overnight without warning when I left my home town and I've only been back and out to see people maybe 4 times in 12 years.
My legend lives on, and I guess people just want to feel part of it...

Ya your profile never gets deleted I believe. I turned mine off for about a year.

Shit got annoying. I was more annoyed at myself for logging in all the time and see what people were talking about.

Thing is I know every person on my list. Maybe about 170+ . I reactivated just recently again.

I don't go on anymore like before. Funny thing is I'm on here more than IG or FB.

It's the fuckin smart phones. I could be busy as all hell , yet "hold up ,let me check something" .........

I still have fb but haven't gone on in 8 or 9 months. Unfortunately I have to do stupid restaurant posts like specials and crap. I should pay someone else to do it.

I like to remember back to the good old days when you picked up a phone to talk to someone or wrote a letter and mailed it. Makes me happier than stupid Facebook. I don't think I'll delete my page but

you can deactivate one, it makes it so no one can search you and you cant log in, if you choose to log in you have to verfiy you want it back

Im not sure, but it deletes your password where you can't access it, from what I read it says it may take up to 6 months for it to fully disappear.

I like getting letters in the mail too, but I hate talking on the phone, fuck a bunch of that. Waste of time when a text would work.

I have a few friends that will call me just to talk. I'm like, wtf do you want, don't call me unless you have a purpose, ain't nobody got time fo dat!

Do what I did 6 months ago... gf told me growing or her... a week later while she was at work I packed on up and moved out... don't do something u want to do

Got rid of mine about 5 months ago. Missed it for about two days until my wife got all wound up over one of my sister's posts. Haven't looked back since.

The freedom from drama, lack of advertising myself and my beliefs, and the extra time I have to devote to my family and hobbies have been worth way more to me than facebook.
