Dehumidifiers and heat

Whitewidow, do you exchange the tent air with room air pretty rapidly? They way that I have mine set up is so the dehumidifier works on the room air not the tent air and then count on the tent intake to get the dryer air into the tent. The heat exhausted by the dehumidifier will have far less of an effect on room air than in the tent air. I don't have A/C in that room and if temps become an issue, not very often, I put the lights and the DH on timers and run the DH only when the lights are out. Good luck!

i recently made carbon filter box. its a box 20''w by 40'' long with 2 8'' ducting flanges on each side. then you put the filter in the box.(at the exhaust end of your ducting)
making your room cooler have better air flow and have lower humidity.
