install a real co2 system, not a home made one. you need high co2 reading to support high heat. I run 88-93* in my sealed room with a 14k btu a/c, 70pint deheuy, and 1200ppm co2 weeks 3-7, 600 wks 1,2,8,9. you'll be lucky to get over 500ppm with a home made co2 kit. ambient co2 is about 380-450ppm naturally, +50-100ppm if you live by freeways or industrial areas.

I realize that this is an old thread, but that doesn't stop it from coming up in search results that someone may see, read and, god forbid, actually follow for advice. Are you seriously suggesting dehumidifying the air and then sending it out the f'ing window? It's not some magic vacuum that selectively plucks water molecules from your air. By blowing the "hot" air out of the room you are just using it as the least efficient exhaust fan ever.

I see it is a old thread also ,I agree U can't exhaust the hot air out of a tent as that hot air is the dehumidified air ,there is no point using a dehumidifier at all

Yeah old thread, but that wont work, the heat is the dry air, like running AC with front door open.

I have done this in the past. or hook up a tube to the vent and shoot hot air out can use duct tape and cardboard if you need to . trust me it works .

i no it is a old post ,i hope no one listens to what u are saying ,u must not understand how a dehumidifier works ,google it u want the warm air that is the air with the moisture sucked out of it.
