Perhaps magnesium deficiency considering the purpling stems. I have a stand-alone dwc bin with 6or7 strains and only one clone showed similar cupping of the leaves. Heat and light stress definitely wasn’t an issue in this setup. Researching I came across possibly a mag deficiency. Sprayed with Epsom and it resolved... good luck

What kind of compost as that 'deficiency' looks more like high N causing nute burn to me. As it only seems like it's happening to leaves with good light exposure I suspect a bit of heat stress causing it to happen there alone. those leaves are getting bit too warm so draw extra water and nutrients into them to cool themselves down. Those extra nutes build in the leaf tissue along the margins leading to the curling and yellowing, (soon to be browning). Kind of like localized toxic salts buildup.

It's compost from my backyard. Cut grass clippings and brown leaves mix.

Then that may be my issue. Thanks. The compost is 6 to 12 months old. Right in between there. I'm on day 33. If there was to much N then my seedlings would have died. I don't get it.
