Deficiency?

These (grey, slightly purple) spots showed up last week. Using Aerocloner. Would it be Phosphorus deficiency, so early? They 3 weeks old.

Ive seen this happen on a buddies plant. What he was doing was putting in too much nutes at a young age. It was only happening to 2 leaves that grew out together on the same node. With just watering after that it never progressed. Are you letting your tap water dechlorinate before using I hope? It could just be a minor lockout, I let some others chime in...

You may be right about the nutes. I'll try to cut down next time. You don't dechlorinate water in hydros, as far as I have heard, unless using R/O, but when using tap you don't dechlorinate.
 
Perhaps lower your EC and see if that helps. I have a bitch of a time figureing out nute issues, the pics are all the same lol. Nice plants btw.
