The light is roughly 1.5 feet above the canopy. For sure the tops are rough but the bottoms have tips burnt and have the leaves look weird. My other post has all the grow info

I think lighting is your issue. Can look like magnesium deficiency. Epsom salt soil drench cant hurt tho. Find out your par and dli. I think its light stress not light burn. It makes plant intake water faster then it can handle. Its gives u lose of color between the veins and light tips. Correcting light should be first line of troubleshooting since it is the easiest to fix and results can be seen in days.
At 18" away from tops my guess is u got a powerful light. 300-400 par is all u need at this stage going by her size.
She doesn't look hungry. No yellowing on bottom. Definitely feed her but once light is rt she will green up.

Sprayed once before lights out ? Should I spray more then once
You still haven’t tried the epsom salt foliar spray? I don’t understand; how could it hurt? 1 tsp per gallon once a week at lights-out cleared it up for me in two applications. Don’t forget to spray the undersides of the leaves.
