Deficiency? Chlorine from tap water?

We have chloramine in our water here, and I spent a good while when I started growing trying to deal with it/remove it. I used a product designed for people with aquariums. After learning a bit more about others experiences I decided to try just using the water straight out of the tap and not worrying about the chloramine. I have amost no problems with my plants these days since making this switch. I'm sure what 'Thundercat' says in this thread is correct - the chloramine would have to be in seriously high levels for it to be a problem to your plants.

I added some new dirt on top, and watered with tape water that "breathed" for 48 hours, to let chloramine disapear.
I think that if chloramine previously killed life in the dirt, new dirt will bring it back, thanks a lot .

I've drain a 10,000 gallon swimming pool into my grass and garden for the past few years and they seem to love it.
