Hi,

got auto that’s been running four weeks now from sprouting, I’ve noticed yellow tips on top of the plant, thought that might have been the light so I rose it a bit higher yesterday however I’ve also noticed something on one leave, any suggestions please? They are in canna plus soil and I’ve put light mix on the middle to sprout seed. I’ve been giving her only plain water 6.2 ph. Thanks

Soil is too hot for a plant that young. She'll probably grow into it.
hi pal,

yeh i thought so but i always dig bit of w hole of the glass size and chuck some biobizz light mix in there to start the seed and then fill the rest of the pot with canna soil. What would you recon doing going forward, how would you start them to avoid it? These are autos so dont want to really start them in small pot and transplant to the finalnie as I recon it would stress them too much. I might just use different soil, anything you would recommend that I can get in the UK?

that’s how it looks like atm

I’m thinking about dimming the light down to 30%, it might be light stress. I’ve got ats Lumatek 300w 19 inches above canopy. What you think ?

Keep the light as is. I get those yellow tips from time to time, some strains more than others!

It won’t really affect the buds at all so carry on!

Keep going - soil a little hot ( nute dense ). Plant will acclimate- as long as you dont add unnecessary things.

Mottling on leaf is not much of an issue - mutation characteristic / pigment issue.
