Deficiencies

OP, I think your plant is actually getting overfed. The all-mix seems like pretty strong stuff to begin with, then you're adding fertilizer with every watering...seems unlikely it would be deficient in anything.

Maybe try plain water for a few waterings and see if it gets better/stops getting worse...?
