umm luckily i live in south australia and have no wildlife or anything at all walking around its just buisy suberbs down here houses toooo close together n shit but i heard once that u can get rid of anything up to bear with fishing line apparently if you hammer tent pegs into the ground and make a type of trip wire 3-8 inches high it keeps away deer very cheap way to do it n very effective(apparently) also if you need a good pesticide place 4 ciggiebutts into a glass of water let sit overnight then strain them apart you then spray the plants with the disgusting water and it is full of nicotene sulfate and that doesnt harm your plant but will melt bugs, its a nice day to be a bug
oh and p.s my mate just flogged a shit load of fertalizer and ph-up off his dad for me hahah happy smoking 420!!

try the irish spring regular bar soap, I have used this for over 13 years and never lost a plant to deer. I just poke a couple holes in the box and drop it a few feet from the plant. don'T TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX.
Canadian white tail's are what I'm dealing with and 2 legged rippers.
easy, cheep and won't wash away for a couple months.

I'm using a bit of everything. Piss, soap, fishing line and some green plastic garden fencing. Seems to be working so far. They have a trail near my plants so I fenced that off to start. Irish spring everywhere. I noticed just yesterday a track right next two one of my 3 week olds plants and if must of walked right by it.

Mouse Traps will scare the hell out of them.
Get a bunch of mouse traps and set them around your plants. Set them on twigs upside down. When the dear or any animal gets near your plants they trigger the trap. The snap will send them running. Had 100% perfection using the method. Also use them as trip wire screwed to a tree or stake. Always set them upside down on long twigs and branches.

Thats a good idea makes sense to me.... maybe you can train the deer to stay away from certain areas this way too.... some rleatives of mine used to set out mouse traps on the couches and chairs in the house when they left so their dog would get on them...eventually the dog stopped needless to say!

Anything that comes from a predatory animal will repel deer and small animals.
We are predatory animals.
Human urine, feces, and hair will deter deer.
They can smell it.

None of it worked? You must have Rambo for deer, many hunters get lost/missing in the woods around where you live? <g> I know when I lived in Oregon the deer would come into the yard and eat the grass and ever so often would look at me but other than that I never had a problem with them untill the fall when everything was ripe, they would harvest it for me meaning they would eat the stalk and spit out the buds into the ground.

yeah i thought it was deer at first but it was not, maybe one was but now i have shit loads of slugs! makin me wanna pump slugs into these fuckin slugs! i went out and i only have put 8 out in the forest for now too "test the waters" since this is a new area im growing in, but yea talkin about rambo deer? dude i got rambo effing slugs! i caught one hangin from a fern doin it mission imposible style eatin my shit! they suck on the stem till the damn thing falls over! i got like 2 plants left that aren't effected yet i'm choked, its a good thing i got lots of clones left but i wanna figure this out before more gets hit, i put copper wire from a electrical motor spindle all over and around the stem but they went right the fuck over it like nothin, so now i have sorta wraped it around the stems see how that works, but slugs are hardcore in a matter of a week they have totally ate my shit i even had one that was clean of any veg on it just a damn stem! its war! i put abunch of slug bait around for them mothafathers and its suppose to work good but any other ideas? was i doin the copper thing wrong? how exsactly should it be applied? i pissed everywhere, any help would be great, and yes its off topic but i started this thread so no worries, i have pics if anyone wants to see the damage + how i did on the copper method, anyways thanks.
