Spiderfarmer sf1000 is supposed to be able to veg a 3x3, and flower a 2x2. 100w draw, quantum board style. I'm pretty happy with mine so far, and so are the other growers I've seen trying them out. I'm only on day 5 though. $150 for the model with a dimmer. This thread should help.

Not enough light for a 3x3. Ya, it'll work, but it's not enough.

I did say "supposed to". I don't know how it would really do in a 3x3 all on it's own, but it would probably do quite well with the light op already has.
I'm using it in a 1.5x1.5, so it's plenty for me.

Well I spent 120 on a “600watt”wich is only 100draw so I’d like to find one just to partner up with this one for now because I’ll be out after this harvest till I settle in !

Not sure what light you have, so no way to know. I was mostly referring to your thought of adding another light to your setup.

Sounds like a blurple. You could add another to it though. You could build one too. Here's an HLG that you could add too. Use code "RIU10" and it's $178.

Lighting is one of the post important factors. If you don't have money for good LED, I'd get a HID or 315 CMH.

I personally wouldn't put it in anything larger than a 2x2 alone. Padawan is suggesting some pretty good lights there too. I would add another light, and I would personally go with something higher quality.

What is a good price range like 200? I just am paranoid over the fact of lights getting to hot inside and the tent canvas led don’t get that hot I have no other experience in lighting at all and appreciate all the help for sure I’m just looking for a good light semi cheap on electric but it’s probably how everything else goes you get what you pay for lol ...real stupid question but is a grow tent flammable

Cheapest I would go is the Sf1000 v1, which is what I have. It was $90 USD after shipping and the riu coupon code, SFRIU. The v2 with dimmer is $160 I think.

You could get a couple of these and a driver for about that. Then you could get 2 more later when you get rid of the blurple.
