well since i got nothing else going on atm i might pull my jack the ripper and sex it to see if its male or female and if its male imma collect the pollen and store it til when the others are flowering and hit some lower branches on my other females so ill have a lot of seeds/ new strains next season

and if its a female imma turn it into a big bush

Years ago, I read a post... "you can have a 80% female ratio if the developing rooting system is not threaten... When the baby roots meets a barrier... the walls of the cup, the plant instinctively knows that the isn't enough room to develope a large enough rooting system to come to full term with reproduction of seeds (buds), so it will male-out & try to reproduce by pollinating. In short, repot to larger containers immediatly!
Which article/post did you read that from? sounds like a bunch of bologna to me. You can grow large plants in very small containers without them terming hermaphrodite. They will just have a slower rate of growth. Plants in small containers still have potential to get pretty big but it takes a little bit longer because the plants are not as efficient at gathering water and nutrients as a plant in a larger container.

You are saying root bound = hermaphrodite... Browndirtwarrior claims that allowing the plants to become rootbound is called "forcing". It forces the plants to flower quicker.
