Decarb

Plan on making canna capsules with weed and was wondering if decarb was necessay before cooking in oil

depends on the method used really.. there is citric acid extraction that does not need it.

if making butter-oil it is going to get decarbed in the cooking (hopefully)

if you are a heavy user and you need a bit more to kickstart the day avg 1-2 g per cookie a bag like betty crotchers peanut butter cookies uses 1/3 c oil-butter and that will make 20 cookies (it says 30 but... I like mine a bit larger then half dollars.. lol ) gonna need anywhere from 20-40gs per 1/3 c this may sound like a lot.. but this is what I have had to use in the past..

if you want to really get stronger cookies or edibles decarb the weed then make it all powdery then dry sift this stuff into the dry mix add your oil (reg oil or butter not canna unless you would like to REALLY have some super potent stuff.. BEWARE doing that.. lol) then cook as directed

Nope but honestly have been my main goal is to atleast try em.. so far little as far as edibles work firecrackers seem to be the best.. but what a PITA to make. I was eating 4 whole ones a day with 2 gs each

depends how old your material is..... i don't oven-decarb but i store my shake for at least a year before processing it for edibles (COOH does dissipate over time).
